If you’re having trouble logging in, you may either need to create a new account, or reset your password.

Here’s how to reset your password:

Step 1:

Visit our login page here (or from our homepage, click "My Account.") From here, click on "Forgot your password." This is how your account is initialized and activated.

Step 2:

Enter your email address that you signed up with here.

Step 3:

Check your inbox! You should receive an email from Bsport at [email protected]. (Check your spam if necessary, and do a search in your inbox for that address). Click the link to create a new password for use with Morpho Bleu.

Step 4:

Enter your new password! Click OK and you will be logged into your new account!
